Write an information paper, in essay form, that covers the drivers of stability in the country of Mali, using at least three of the elements of Political, Military, Economic, Social, Infrastructure, Information, Physical Environment, and Time (PMESII-PT). Keep in mind that a U.S. military unit may attempt to leverage or mitigate these variables should a security assistance mission become necessary. Therefore, the drivers must be sustainable and consistent with U.S. foreign policy. This is an information paper and, thus, should not contain recommendations.
