your strategy must address the product, process and organizational aspects of BIM implementation
and discussion under each of the following challenges.

Your key emphasis will be on integration of the workflow and business process with the building
product using BIM based tools. Focus on the “I” (information) in BIM, and discuss how processes
should be designed to ensure that information remains accessible to the right person at the time
and cost. You are also expected to discuss various tools and techniques that may be used to
increase construction productivity.
