The assignment is comprised of a two-part formal report. You are to assume the role of a consultant looking to improve the performance (strategic position) of the client – organization (Case Study CENTRICA).
Part One (1500 words):
You should critically evaluate the company’s strategy (using theory from throughout the module) in terms of:
 Consistency
 Consonance
 Advantage
 Feasibility
 Acceptability
 Suitability
Part Two (1500words):
Based in your previous analysis, suggest a new strategy with emphasis in the description of the coordination mechanisms that should be set in place.
You should not use appendices.
Word Limit: 3000 (+/- 10%) excluding Cover, contents, diagrams, charts, tables and bibliography.
