TORT CASES.

This case study writing assignment will involve the discussion of a legal case relevant to the area of TORT CASES. You are free to choose any TORT CASE as long as it is in California,U.S.A. A good site for cases in California can be found at: http://www.lexisnexis.com/clients/CACourts/. Click on both Supreme Court and Appeals Court cases. In your paper, make sure include following;
1) Discuss the history of the facts pertaining to the case (talk about the case), 
2) The judicial ruling (talk about the ruling), and 
3) Provide an economic analysis of the issues involved (do economic analyze of the case).
Also, make sure to express your opinion as to whether you agree with the ruling and why. Provide a citation to the case. When you are choosing the TORT CASE, remember that 3 tort elements must be present; plaintiff (suffered harm), defendant (caused harm), and breach of duty owed to plaintiff by the defendant. Also applied the correct rule or concept to your case such as; no liability rule, strict liability rule, bilateral precaution, contributory negligence, comparative negligence, strict liability with contributory negligence, etc. DO NOT CHOOSE the cases already discuss in your study book (text book).
