U.C.C. § 2-503(1) provides in part: “Tender of delivery requires that the seller put and hold conforming goods at the buyer’s disposition and give the buyer any notification reasonably necessary to enable him to take delivery.

U.C.C. § 2-503(1) provides in part: “Tender of delivery requires that the seller put and hold conforming goods at the buyer’s disposition and give the buyer any notification reasonably necessary to enable him to take delivery.” A contract between a commercial buyer and a commercial seller contains this provision: Tender of delivery. After seller gives the buyer notice that the goods are available, the buyer shall have until 4 p.m. of the next business day to take delivery of the goods. Is this provision enforceable? (Hint: see U.C.C. § 1-302.)
