it’s important with the lecturer or teacher will encounter a number of constraints the major constraint is the constraint of time. teacher has to consider the constraint of time while designing his or her course syllabus, that will be in considering task difficulty level as some
tasks need more time than others. keeping in mind the variation among
students perception and comprehension of the task. also the sudden circumstances causing sudden cancellation or deletion of lecture or class.
