Most of us have situations where we find it difficult to communicate. Improving your written communication skills and being comfortable speaking to people are extremely important. Develop a 2-3 page APA formatted paper (excluding title and reference pages) in which you analyze your personal communication skills. What assessment did you use to analyze your skills? Do you have communication gaps? Do you need additional training in specific areas of communication? How might you improve your current communication skills to prepare you for advancement in your profession? Use 3-4 references to support your analysis.
