1- Get some data from reading subject from this site

Do not give me data with students names written on it. Instead describe the data. For example, I retrieved 6th grade reading achievement data from South Loop Elementary School for the years 2009 through 2013 from the Illinois interactive report card website.

2. Analyze the data by answering the questions;
* WHAT DOES THAT DATA SHOW?
* WHAT TRENDS DO YOU NOTICE?
* WHO NEEDS TO HAVE ACCESS TO THIS DATA?
* WHAT CHANGES NEED TO TAKE PLACE BASED ON THE DATA ?
* WHAT NEEDS TO HAPPEN TO GET THE DATA INTO AN ACCESSIBLE FROM FOR ALL STAKEHOLDERS?

3. use analyzing the data WITH ( disaggregation analysis technique )

EXPLANATION OF Disaggregation:

Breaking data down to find out what a number looks like for different sub-groups hidden within an average or basic percentage.
Users generally do this with a drill-down process, which begins with a general question, followed by increasingly specific questions that focus on smaller subsets of data (academic achievement – literacy achievement – 3rd graders – with disabilities)
