Order Description

The main purpose of this work is to assess value assurance process for successful delivery of projects in company X (construction projects in oil & gas industry).
The specific objectives include:
• Appraise the value assurance process applied to projects in company X
• Investigate/analyse the importance of front end loading practice (not sure if needed at all)
• Investigate the level of understanding project managers in KPO have of value assurance process by conducting a questionnaire and interviewing (a few completed questionnaires available)
• Identify factors influencing projects success in company X

Please note that there is no project management subject area so I have ticked just a Management subject.

Please can you do less but precise wording in Introduction and Discussion/Conclusion parts so I could put some more wording in these parts myself. And more and
substantial wording in LITERATURE REVIEW, RESEARCH METHODOLOGY, RESEARCH, RESULTS and ANALYSIS parts.
