1. What is your VARK learning style and how does it relate to at least two different learning theories? My VARK learning style is Read/Write and Kinesthetic.

Learning theories

This article ties three basic learning theories to instructional design. I’m not concerned that you read the instructional design aspect of this article but the portion on Behaviorism, Cognitivism, and Constructivism is pretty detailed and will give you a good background in these theories.
