Exercise/Training Log:You will develop a training log for recording all the details of your training sessions. Keep in mind that the training plan is a write up of what you hope to do while the training log is detailed summary of what you actually did. _Identify each of the week’s five or more 30 minute or greater training sessions. Reminder; you are required to walk, jog, run, bike, aqua run/swim, and/or any combination of these exercises.
_ Show your increases in duration when they occur.
_ Show your increases in intensity when they occur.
_ Identify the conditions of your route, the weather, and any other pertinent details.
_ Your log must be a compilation of your training this semester, meaning that I must be able to view the current week and all previous weeks in the same document.
