Week 2 Assignment Instructions: Choose an organization as the focus for the Strategic Plan. Write a proposal of no more than 750 words, outlining the research approach you will use for your Strategic Plan, due in Week 6. Include the following:
-How you intend to ensure the organization’s vision, mission, and people strategies and values statements are aligned with the proposed strategic plan.
-Sources you expect to use to perform an external environmental analysis
-Sources you expect to use to perform an internal environmental analysis

To the Writer: I can either choose an existing organization or a start-up one that I want to create in the future. I will choose a start-up organization for my strategic plan. For that I must focus on an entrepreneurial idea that is of substantive interest, so this project leaves me with a product I may leverage in the future. My idea is an online store that sells products for anyone with physical or developmental disabilities. The products I want to sell can be anywhere from small household products like special cleansers and other bathroom aids and eating aids to big items such as special wheelchairs or lifts or other assistive devices. There are others you can look up. I think a good name for my store is AbilitystoreUSA.com
