Would “Stokes Hypothesis” affect the Incompressible fluid equations

Paper, Order, or Assignment Requirements

Write a paper about the derivation of the Navier-Stokes equation, and the so called “Stokes Hypothesis”, and whether that the assumption that Stokes made would affect the Incompressible fluid equations.
This is a Scholarly Paper assignment in Heat Transfer course.
Please include A LOT of calculations.
