Complete the following tasks for a MANUFACTURING company of your choice. It can be a fictitious or real company. In no case, you are allowed to copy any information from other sources.

 

3. 1: Write an OHS Policy for that company in accordance with the AS 4801 requirements (approx. one page).

 

3. 2: Determine at least 10 risks for company’s operations in accordance with the AS/NZS 4801 (approx. one page).

 

3. 3: Develop a risk assessment chart and assess all the risks identified under 3.2 (approx. one page).

 

3. 4: For each of the 10 risks identified under 3.2, identify at least two actions to reduce or eliminate the risk (approx. one page).
