Write a review of literature that critically discusses the implications that different theoretical approaches have had on understanding the causes and responses to problematic behaviour in children over the last 60 years.
The review should examine the impact of these theories on developments in legislation and policies relating to managing behaviour, as well as on language and practices today, and consider the role of the teacher in managing problematic behaviour.
