Assume that you have recently been commissioned by Wegmans to engage in a systematic and comprehensive analysis of the manner in which behavioral principles are being applied by managers and supervisors in that organization. As an acknowledged expert in the field, you realize that the first step toward achieving this objective lies in becoming as familiar with these practices as you can. Once this has been accomplished, you should proceed as follows: (1) Describe the manner in which behavioral practices are being applied in this organization (2) Evaluate these actions by discussing the positive aspects of these practices and by describing the problems you believe are currently being experienced in this system (3) Make recommendations for change by discussing the steps you believe should be taken in order to improve the effectiveness (i.e., the “organizational health”) of this system. Make sure that you are specific and that you clearly explain your reasoning in each past of this report. Your report should be 10-15 pages long (double spaced) and is due no later than Sunday, August 16.
