To help set out the assessment, the following order can be followed (but not necessary if you would prefer another way!).

Title slide
Types of media (Choose two different types and describe them)
Methods of Communication (active listening, asking questions, discussions, and written material).
Communicating with Significant Others (I.e. How might an athlete communicate differently with Team Mates vs Officials).
Preparation (Describe how athletes may ‘prepare’ for communicating with the media and significant others for example purpose and content, scripts, prompt sheets, research and rehearsals.) Will the athlete prepare differently for a TV interview compared to a newspaper interview?
Personal Delivery Describe the importance of personal delivery e.g. communication styles, body language, technical vocabulary and appearance.

For your presentation, remember Key information should be put on your slides and all of the content should be written in your notes (below slide). You don’t want to bore your athletes or scare them with lots of writing on the screen!
