?    Use in-text citations (e.g, we are required to respond to 2 questions on this exam (Dibie, 2015); or “Herzberg’s two-factor theory has been critiqued on a number of grounds” (Nelson & Quick, 2013, p. 173).
– Make sure you cite all your sources. Anyone reading the paper should be able to identify the source of every information/idea in your paper.
– Try to avoid quoting material. Paraphrase- summarize the point in your own words.

What is the difference between organizational change and organizational development? Imagine your company produces synthetic flowers, and needs to change to a new form of production and technology. Explain how you will apply Lewin’s 3 steps in the change process. Be specific about what you will do in each stage. Explain how you will handle resistance to this change.

Explain 2 theories of decision making. Why is identification of the real problem the first and most important step in the decision-making process? Discuss some of the advantages of participatory decision-making.

What is organizational culture? How can a leader shape culture in an organization? Why is it important for an organization to have an ethical corporate culture?

Question 4 Chapter 13 (30 points)
What is the difference between functional and dysfunctional conflict? Give an example of each. Why should a manager understand the nature of conflict? How can conflict in an organization be effectively managed?
