This assignment task requires students to conduct a case study of an ESL/EFL learner to investigate the Language Learning Strategies (LLS) used by the learner during a learning task using a post-task interview. The exact scope, nature and description of the task will be developed in consultation with the lecturer. The paper is an analysis of the learning strategies that are used by second language while producing a written English text. The paper is based on producing an outcome comparing the actual what the studies or the literature says and the real strategies that are displayed. The methods used for data analysis and approaches form the main part of the research along with the discussion as to what are the actual strategies that are displayed and how close they are to other findings and what the literature says.
