Compare and Contrast writings by Booker T Washington and Frederick Douglas

Write an 8-10 page research paper in which you compare and contrast “Reconstruction”, by Frederick Douglass and “The awakening of the Negro” by Booker T. Washington. Include pertinent information from credible academic sources (no Wikis, Ask.com, eHow, etc). At least five sources must be used. At least three of the sources must be academic journals.Do not use first person in this paper. Include quotes and paraphrases from the sources you’ve selected. Include an MLA-formatted Works Cited page and in-text citations. Include proper MLA format for the entire paper (e.g. page numbers, title, date, etc). Double space your paper.
