The Prestige Group is a real estate company based in India and develops properties in Residential, Commercial, Retail, Leisure & Hospitality sectors. Therefore it has

just started with a luxury high-rise apartment complex in Bangalore (India) called ‘West Woods’ where most of the flats are almost tailor-made for the residence. In

addition it offers various lifestyle facilities for the residence, for instance children play area, clubhouse, sports club. Hence this project will concentrate on the

way in which one of the flats in this apartment will be tailor-made according to personal requirements. It is a two bedroom flat with a kitchen, balcony, living and

dining area. As it is a long-term investment, planning is necessary, hence this project will consider on creating a design with the help of a floor plan for the flat

in terms of energy efficient, fitting furniture and other equipment’s in the flat. The purpose of this project is to enable completion of project in the shortest time

possible while balancing cost and quality. Moreover it is a roadmap till the end of the project. Tools, techniques, procedures and activities are used to help

successfully initiate the project and complete a project on time and within budget by tracking all the components of the project.
All the management tools used in this project help in the decision making process such as better cash flow management, stock management and encourage forward planning,

which finally allows the project to run smoothly. Project estimation and planning is required and this can be done by using a work- breakdown structure (WBS), that

defines each activity required to complete the project. This would provide an effective communication tool to ensure understanding of project goals and the means to

achieve them. Projects are limited by their product quality and process quality requirements, thus the essay will identify the project scope, flexibility and
