Fluency in education today dealing with elementary level students in 3rd grade

1) identify a specific literacy topic or problem (Fluency)of interest. State the problem/topic in as succinct a manner as possible. Indicate the grade level (3rd grade) of the students for whom I am planning a lesson plan.
(2) Analyze my problem/topic (fluency) from several theoretical perspectives.
(3) Include at least three outside scholarly articles/books dealing with the problem/topic (literacy) under consideration for the lesson plan.
