How to do a Planning a Listening Workshop
I would design a goal to prepare me for the listening and planning of my business so I don’t fail it in the future or even now. I looked for a lot of listening seminar and workshops but only find one of that really made an interest in it. So here we go hope this is right.
Step 1: define the goals; every workshop has to have some goals to successes and to accomplish things in the world of business. Ask them do we need to improve and what do us to improve on our company’s hiring procedures, do we want to teach our organizers, do we need to do some team building with a newly formed team.
Step 2: Decide who will attend. Knowing who will attend directly relates to your objectives. Make a list of who needs to be in there, try to be as specific as possible, but leave a few opening for last minute for additions for the meeting.
Step 3: choose the right location. You should always have a place in mind where to have a meeting.
Step 4: create an agenda: having a main goal, or main points, create a list of main points to discuss, then break it down in to details that you want to communicate to your audience.
Discussions, activities.
Step 5: follow-up plan; always have a follow-up plan, checking in on the company’s progress.
