Select one competency for your development plan. Write a 750 word paper which analyzes and discusses the material.
Define and describe the focus of your development plan.
• Describe the competency, expected outcomes and any concerns you may have about achieving your development goal.
• Why is now the right time to develop the competency?
• How does the development of the competency support your short or long-term goals?
• How was your proposal influenced by the literature?
