The most important concept in any leadership  is the decision-making directive. The success of failure of a business is the simple understanding that there is a reason that has to be reached. Doing this for the manager would mean taking the time to choose what would be right. So many factors after the way they make up their mind regarding an individual venture. The paper looks at the thing styles and the decision-making styles that leaders  are likely to use.

The two concepts are dependent on how information is used and opportunity is created. Business or teams will be set aside depending on their ability to intertwine the two into being useful. The manager has to be decisive about what he or she chooses. The manager will have to act quickly and be precise in their choices. The choices they make have to be flexible. There should be room for the manager to back up and move out of the situation  should there be signs that it might fail.

The other style that is used is hierarchic. Under this style, the manager looks at the information as it piles. The more the information and analysis present options for the organization to act. Integrative decisions would mean that one looks at the broader occurrences of events and come up with the right and most formidable outcome to every scenario. These aspects covered the first step these condb it looks  at thinking.

It would be clear that going up the leadership ladder there is the information that most is used to make such choices reduces. What follows is the thinking of the manager or leader. It will require experience and a bit of the decision-making styles to come up with a functional thinking style.
