Assessor feedback summary:
Part A: You have made a good start on this assignment, , with an appropriate explanation of the PM structure. You have also given a definition of the 2 Core Areas and of your chosen third Area, T&D. You have then explained some of your activities, that fall within Band 1.
However, a little more is needed – you need to be more specific about your own activities, for each of the 2 Core Areas and the additional Area. In other words, what activities do you, yourself, carry out under the heading ‘Insights, Strategies and Solutions’? And for ‘Leading HR’? And for ‘T&D’? These do need to be separately described.

Part B: You have provided some interesting information and have been able to show how you have added value to your colleagues and to the organisation. You have then focussed very much on your ‘soft’ skills for the coming year.
However, a little more is needed: your answer to Q1 Part 1 needs some clarification. ‘Being Curious’ does not tell us what you have actually learned during the past year. Do you mean that you have learned to be curious? Were you not curious before? What was different in the last year? In other words, how did you become curious, or more curious? The same applies to your other 2 points. What is needed here, are specific outcomes – what have you learned?

Then, in Part 2, Q2, you have proposed more of these ‘soft’ skills, but you have not said how you will achieve these. What opportunities will there be – in your job, from your manager, from a training course that you attend? This is about planning your development, so there needs to be a suggestion of a strategy.

Part C: You have made a good start here, also,– the first 3 tasks have been covered very effectively. However, you have not fully completed the last task. You do need to provide separate sections for each of the specific 6 key components that are given to you in the brief. Just a sentence for each will be sufficient.

Well done, so far,– you have a lot of useful and interesting information, and you clearly have a good understanding of many of the elements of this Unit. There is just a little more to do for each Part, mainly just making your information more specific.
