quality control of a charity event

please complete a quality control plan of a charity event which held at Chimes restaurant raising money for central point in association with Rethink.

Cocktail Menu
The Rolls Royce
A blend of Vodka, Archers and Cointreau accompanied by fresh Orange Juice
The Solent
Typically British Gin, accompanied by lashings of Blue Curacao topped off with Lemonade
H.M.S Warrior
Classic Spiced Rum, with a spot of Lime, mixed with                  Coca-Cola
Non-Alcoholic Cocktails
Red London
Lemonade infused with fruity Cherry Syrup, for the sweet tooth individual
Beach Island
A splash of Grenadine, balanced by a combination of Orange and Pineapple Juice

food menu
Starters:
• Deep fried scampi with garlic mayonnaise dip served on a bed or mixed rocket
• Goat’s cheese and caramelised onion tart served with a mixed rocket dressing
• Country Style Shropshire pea soup served with a mini rolls
Mains:
• Honey roast pork belly slices, served with bubble and squeak cakes and an apple cider sauce
• Steak and ale pie served with mushy peas, creamy mash and beef gravy
• Melty mushroom wellington served with a spring onion and Stilton sauce
(All mains served with mixed vegetables)
Desserts:
• Baileys cheesecake with a layer of coffee jelly served with honeycomb and Baileys infused whipped cream
• Sticky golden toffee pudding served with cinnamon custard
• Fruits of the forest sorbet
